Ropes Course

About the Program

Create-Learning Ropes Course Programs are focused on leaders and executive teams. The experience is most effective for individual vs. element issues (i.e., identifying what’s holding you back from moving forward, getting over fears, and moving forward); it helps leaders create new pathways for thinking and behavior. Ropes Courses are also beneficial for creating a strong bond within a group. When properly sequenced they help teammates better trust one another.

We meet with you and develop a customized experience to deliver the greatest return for your leaders. Together, we build experiences that encourage team members to step outside of their comfort zone, illuminating pathways to their unrealized potential. De-briefs and learning transfer at the end of each activity allow the participants to connect the experience back to the workplace, and their lives.

When you allow Create-Learning to serve as your Ropes Course Program designer you partner with facilitators who will take the time to learn about your organization. We are able to transfer the relevant skills, techniques and behaviors from the Ropes Course to your team members, and thus to your organization.
