DiSC® Profile

This program teaches team members about individual styles of behavior and group dynamics. Each person participates in a DiSC® personality profiling activity that highlights their specific DiSC® profile. The program provides team members with practical information about their personal styles and behaviors and helps them more effectively interact with other team members and customers

It is effective for all levels of the organization (it can be catered to highlight specific goals or outcomes) and can be facilitated with groups from four to over one hundred participants.

Participants receive information illustrating their styles. The team is also given useful information on how to create productive relationships. They view and discuss the group’s dominant style, highlighting strengths and possible blind spots.

Through dynamic and interactive team building activities participants experience their DiSC® styles. They have the opportunity to adjust behaviors to improve individual and team effectiveness. The work is fun, powerful and immediately applicable in the workplace.

The respect, teamwork, and trust created through this approach develops a framework in which all team members can excel. This is an investment in the true power of diversity and how it can be leveraged for organizational growth and success. The program provides a foundation for further organizational development.
